We are a grassroots ‘umbrella’ organization being developed by many individuals and organizations (local-global). We invite you to become an "Official Founder" with us and to help us build Atlanta's global peace legacy. Let's bring more security and commerce with peace tourism, cultivation, education and inspiration. Let's honor Gandhi & King to "be the change" and "be the dream!" Please help Dr. King's birthplace to enjoy more of its odyssey and destiny in Peace.
Atlanta: City of Peace is an international city with 54 consulates from foreign nations; we have 1,800+ companies with foreign headquarters, also ~10,000 foreign students from 120+ countries, and we have 3 internationally respected ‘centers of peace education.’ The Gandhi Foundation USA (honoring "Gandhi: Man of the Millennium"), The King Center, and The Carter Center. Atlanta also has two Nobel Peace Prize Laureates and Coretta Scott King whose Memorial Service garnered 4 US Presidents, 200+ Congressmen, and ~1 BILLION televised-viewers. Atlanta ALSO has four Nobel Peace Prize Nominees: Ambassador Andrew Young (Founder of GoodWorks International), Senator Sam Nunn (Co-Founder of Nuclear Threat Initiative), Dr. John Endicott (GA Tech Professor & Director of the Center for International Strategy), and Mr. Ted Turner (Co-Founder of Nuclear Threat Initiative and $1 BILLION donor to United Nations). Atlanta: City of Peace also has “The World’s Biggest & Busiest Airport” and now "The World's Biggest Airline" (with Delta-Northwest merger). This is the 1st Decade of a New Century, and this is the 1st Century of a New Millennium (Years 2000-3000). What we (collectively) accomplish now will set courageous precedents and will significantly inspire millions of people from future countless generations.

Mr. Steve Leeper, the USA Representative for this globally respected organization is one of our Official Founders, and he sees great promise in the moniker of… “Atlanta: City of Peace”. Friendship Force International is also globally respected and Atlanta-based too (they have more than 350 clubs in 56 countries and 41 U.S. States). Their Slogan:

Dr. King, even from the cold grave, says remember Gandhi:
